Manager of store was rude. He was hostile from beginning. I wanted a store credit to buy another tv or a refund. This tv was just 5 months old and had been used i week-end. Set had been disconnected all winter in climate controlled home. Now that the weather is better i am without set for according to them up to 3 wife and 0 days. Plus my wife and i struggle to take back to the lake and set up again. We are on a fixed income or i would just walk away. After this experiece i will NEVER buy from again. This is their brand and they DO NOT stand behind it
