I bought a samsung refridgerator from Loews on 2/26, on 7/26 my appliance does not work we have had a repairmen out twice with both parts sent defective, Samsung gave me a reference number to send how much my loss was and Loews is finally sending me a loaner, I want and expect that when you pay $1,349.00 for a refridgerator that it should work longer then 5 months and Samsung should replace or reimburse me so I can buy something that actually will work
