I ordered an Inbrela through an "inbrela" website, which I now know was run by Furi Brands. My item was never received, however, I was charged. There was absolutely no contact info on the website. I finally tracked down the inventor, who said they did not have authorization to sell his product. On Jan 23 I received an email from Furi stating that they were unable to fill my order, but that they had not charged my credit card. Of course the email did not accept replies. I just emailed them through their company website. We'll see.
