I am being riped off since by bloom cafe, 5544 picoblv. Los Angeles CA 90019
I was informed by a friend that 3 life size nude images were for sale at bloom cafe foe few months back then..
When i visited Bloom cafe, I found 3 images of me, one being in a huge light box and 2 other life size images of me in the restaurant. I was outraged. I pleaded with them to take them off. My buttocks were exposed in peoples face in a very avant garde sexy and in this environment raunchy way. I watched people cutting into the meat on their plates with knives and commenting on my buttocks. It was repulsive. I was being served up on the wall. The images were so big and bright specially with the light box lit that one could clearly see them down the block across the street from the restaurants window. My images attracted and captivated the passerby to the restaurant.
The images were never released to the photographer nor anybody else. They were private for me originally.
I pleaded with them, and begged them to remove my images, it took few days of let me get back to you... Then on 10-9-1008 which was the day of the big photo sale reception, I entered the cafe with my camera. I was injured by the photographer in an attempt to break my camera, my hands scratched up and bruised. The owners denied that it was me in the images. They pretended like they never seen me. I told them that I will call the police, they said no need, we will take them off, but cannot release them to you because we have spent thousands of dollars on the frames and light box. They assured me that they will not have a show that night..
A few minutes after I taped the men take the images down from bloom cafe, they proposed to give me $ 5000 just so that I will let them have the big photo reception party that night with my images on the wall.
I refused. For I was cheated by the photographer and them.
They promised me that they will not display my images. I wanted to be sure for I did not trust them. That night I wet to bloom cafe and surlly I found all 3 of my images in a back room, with the beginig of the big crowd. A girl bullied me and mocked me, calling me crazy and telling me this show isnt about you. These images are not about you, they are of nature, the rocks and water... There it was my full naked body swimming in a pond with a red scarf. I looked like a beautifull red golden fish. I was denied. I was pushed around and bullied, then I proceeded to call the LAPD.
Once on scene the LAPD, asked me to leave for the owners had told them to arrest me for I was crazy andtrespassing. I have been used, manipulated, visually raped, exploited and these people are selling my image without any recognition of me as a person, a woman, a human being. They are profitting from my art, without compensating me a penny.
I have been riped off, damaged and humiliaated. Bloom cafe, its owners are terrible scandalous people who would do anything for fame and fortune. They are not trustworthy and honestlly I think the restaurant is just a front for much darker things.
Be aware public. Do not mix with these people or support them.
