I am writing this report in regards to filing my taxes I saw the commercial on television and the commercial is misleading but I went down anyway to do my taxes then I received a loan for 300.00 before my taxes was prepared. Then Instant tax service called me back and said i can file my taxes.
I filed my taxes I was told that i should receive it by the 17th of January. I tried to call them on Tuesday and i could not get a hold of them but i finally got through today January 19. Now I was told that I got denied the RAL I always file and get the RAL but there bank denied me and said I will receive it in 10 to 14 days and that my fee will be dropped. I was not informed that there is a fee for filing I mean I understand there would be one but, I got a loan before and then now I get denied. What kind of bank is this that now denies me but did not before.
This place is a joke and they will not ever get my business again. I am very disappointed in there service. I will let everyone no this is not what it cracks up to be.
