I paid a $150.00 for the ultimate car detail. After recieving my car, I found that they didn"t attempt to clean my ashtray, my cupholder, my vents, seats were still dirty and other areas were not clean. Outside of my car, the grill and the area where my foglights are, didn"t attempt to clean. Talked to Jesse and told him my complaints, and he said " he would take care of the issues and be in done 30 minutes." They were done in 15 minutes (According to Jesses"s workers) Jesse didn"t oversee or check the redo of my car before it was returned to me. I still came back dirty, Jesse offered to clean it for a third time. Ask for half of my money back and he refused. The worst experience I"ve ever had with a bussiness.
