After receiving a Unemployment Insurance Determination letter based upon the final quarter of 2009 and the first 3 quarters of 2010 (when I was unemployed and had no income), they said I had insufficient income to qualify for benefits.
Dah!!!
Then, contrary to their own site information, they cut-off my EUC Tier II benefits (assigned prior to November 31) for which I was entitled to for another 7 more weeks.
How many other unemployed have been deprived of the Federal Unemployment Compensation signed into effect last month?
And there is no practical way of challenging the situation (Calls to call center very seldom make it through).
I have sent several faxes to no avail.
Help!!! That money means everything until I can find work.
