I was notified by real estate agent of dispute on credit report. Contacted Jack Schladetsch of his discrepancy he stated no longer had the file and no record of payment now resides with collection agency Academy Collection Services. He also noted that I could not have talked to anyone else regarding this issue because he stated "he is a one man operation". Contacted Academy Collection Services on 02/14/05 faxed them proof of payment and follow up phone call to their location Las Vegas Nevada.
