They simply had me sign a contract for one amount of money then they created a bogus contract for twice that amount I reported them to the atty gen office in Tenn

I purchased a home in March I signed a contract for $30,000 when I called their office for a payoff amount they said it was $75,000 what they did is simple this I signed a contract for $30,000 they went over the figures with me everything with me a ten year contract or 120 payments then it would be paid, when I called their office they said it was for $70,000 and 240 payments they simply submitted a bogus contract they have been reported to the atty generals office in Tenn and I am going to court
