Contract Disputes 3. Problem: Tan Check Consolidated, Inc. Which is located at 13 Summit Square Center Langhorne, PA 19047 is a computer workers placement agency. They offered me a short-term contract with the Yeshiva University located Bronx, NY which I accepted. I worked at the client's site exactly two weeks and two days (I have time sheets signed by the client to prove it). At some point client decided to let me go but noted that I will get paid for my time.
At the client's site I had to utilize my personal gmail email account to communicate with other team members since the neither the client nor the agency provided me with one. When I was told about client's decision to let me go I removed my personal email account from that computer simply because it is mine. Nevertheless the agency is refusing to pay for my time saying I maliciously deleted client's file, which is simply not true. The following is just a ploy to justify their own wrongdoings
