I got lured in by an emial offering 100 free bids from Priceshuffle.com. I also heard about the auction site through whatI thought was a real news report on Fox's website and it turned out to be paid advertisting.
I registered on 10/23 and I did read the Term and Conditions which says that when you click "I agree" you are stating that you have purchase a bid package. When my registration page come up, there was no option to choose the bid package I wanted. My credit cards being charge $149.75 once I sign up.
The law provides consumers basic protections against fraudulent, deceptive and misleading conduct by business that treat customers unfairly.
I did notuse any of my 300 bids since I didn't see any of the auction items that advertised inPricesuffle. Comwebsite. I have asked for a full refund but it was turned down.
Therefore, I filed this complaint and try to prohibitPriceshuffle.com from engagaging in unfair and deceptive business practise.
