Plantinum Online Group LLC took $99 dollars from my account on 11/17. They used the check number 9999. The only contact info they provided was a phone number that either gives a canned 'closed for the holidays' message or takes you to a message service that can give no information, or directs you to 'www.yourcustomerserviceonline.com' that insists on sending them an email that only sent after 8 tries.
I have no clue as to what this 'service' is, except that after much research, I found out that it was some kind of online shopping thing, for 'members'. I never recieved anything, not an email or anything else from this so-called 'purchase', and I most certainly did NOT sign up for it. Funny thing is, I can not find a web site for them either. Of course I contested it with my bank, who told me they've seen this group before and they are NOT co-operative with the returning of said funds. So I am going to put a block on them from my account until I can close it and open another.
What kind of company does not return calls? Multiple ones at that? And what kind of customer service only takes a message and offers NO assistance? Can't even tell you what that company does? One that is probably operating outside the law is my guess.
I dearly hope that someone starts a class action suit against them - if only to serve as a wakeup call that this is NOT the way to operate a company. I'd be more than happy to add my name to the 'suers' list.
Has anyone had any luck getting their money back from these... Very unnice word?
