Platinum online group has repeatedly tried to withdraw $99.40 from my savings account. I did not authorize this kind of transaction. When I call the number to see what is going on I am informed I must wait for a call back which I do not recieve. Now they have called and threatened me with a lawsuit to repay funds that I never authorized nor have I recieved. Please help.
