Insolent behavior of the Floor Manager at Toyota Dealership

Dear Madam or Sir,

I'd like to express how greatly disappointed I was today with the offensive customer service at Sierra Toyota Dealership in Lancaster.

My Father and I went to Sierra Toyota Dealership today to purchase a car. The Floor Manager, Dennis Grizzell was very impatient from the start and very rude. My Father was interested in encouraging local businesses in Lancaster, however he was also interested in getting better pricing and discounts to get me a car. Dennis tried rushing us through the deal & insisted aggressively that today is our last shot at getting any discount. He also commented that he will not honor any future discounts. His approach was rustic, rude and lacked basic respect for the client.

My Dad & I were both extremely disappointed by how aggressive/offensive Dennis was. I noticed all along how rude he was with my Dad. So, I curtly told him that his mannerism was rude. He then basically asked us to get out of the dealership and not to come back ever again.

I'm shocked that even in this economy there are folks like Dennis that deprive the dealership of business & obviously the General Manager encourages such insolent behaviour.
