Company explicitly offers a 14-day free trial butneither makes the ridiculous terms and conditions clear at the time of order nor available post-sale. Virtually ensures that the merchandise cannot be returned for a refund and nails consumers with ongoing and outrageous charges.
This is an obvous rip-off and nothing short of an internet scam. The company absolutely does not care if they alienate customers because their game is to milk as many people as possible for over $100 before they get shut down. Given the pace of govt intervention; it could likely take a couple more years before that happens.
Please file a complaint with the FL AG office as well as the AG in your home state. The AGs will only take action when they receive enough complaints to constitute a "pattern."
