I overnighted the package back to them called to cheack and make sure they received event though it was traced by post office, they say you will receive the credit back to your account in 12 weeks. Its been 9 MONTHS and they still havent credited my account they refuse my request for management repeatedly no one calls me back i cannot get anywhere with them.
