The first refridgerator ordered was dented. The first delivery man was rude. The cooktop had blemishes under the glass. The overhead microwave oven damaged. The doublewall oven unit has a bad keypad. I am as of this date dec 19 still trying to resovle some of these issues.inconvienance during the the holidays is an understatement with no oven. I will never ever do business with this company or reccomend them to any one!!! It's like most of the appliances delivered to my house were dropped and repacked! 4 out of 5 applianances unbelivable. Damaged or not working properly...
