I sincerely doubt the HR dept on what they are doing about the background verifications. Do they simply rely on photostat copies?
Why do HR calls for a discussion IMMEDIATELY if they received any complaint on anybody without putting them under silence observation atleast for a month. Dont you think calling them to discussion is nothing but giving a hint to them to escape? It will help the culprit to behave properly for the observation period and then changing the company.
