My daughter got a new cell phone number a year ago. That number, apparently, previously belonged to a Sheena with bad credit. An agent from RPM Collections has repeatedly been stalker-calling my daughter and resorting to scary, crazy talk... Which includes questions about her likes or dislikes of monkeys! It does not matter that she has explained that she is not Sheena, in fact, her voice message clearly identifies her as a completely different person. It's freaky, scary and abusive, not to mention unprofessional. Shame on RPM Collections and their agents who engage in this behavior, the RPM Collections Managers who condone or turn a blind eye to this kind of abussive, unprofessional behavior and the owners/CEO from whom it all trickles down! The funny part? My daughters credit score is over 800! If RPM Collections doesn't care about anything else, they should care about what a waste of time and money calling the wrong people is. What kind of business plan is that, not to mention the potential legal ramifications they are setting themselves up for. RPM Collections gives a bad name to reputable collection agencies everywhere!
