When I went to the bank to apply for a business loan I was denied due to a collection on my credit report filed by AAA Collections for a vehicle that was towed. I call the company to tell them that the vehicle was never owned by me and someone was using my name. I had the police report and the unprofessional they hired by the name of David.
After all this I ask the unprofessional to email me the information for the vehicle to I could go to DMV and figure it all out and he refused.
The company expected me to pay a debt and would not give me any information about what was owed. David "The Unprofessional" also stated that tow companies did not need to call anyone to file for debts but just to mail a notice and send it to collections.
When I called with the police report for identity theft "The Unprofessional" laughed and said that it was not good enough and i would stay on my credit.
This company is very unethical and does not follow the law. Please contact me if you have been harassed by these swine.
