This has been going on since July over 5 months. Rovers and Luc restaurants are located near an RPZ {Residential Parking Zone}, which means only residents can park on these streets for more then 2 hours with a permit. The employees of said restaurants park on the RPZ streets all day, every day, while at work. Now a regular parking street is just 25 feet away where they can legally park. They choose not to. They choos to engage in illegal activities and have no respect for this neighborhood and its residents. I personally have spoke to all management there as well as the owner. They pretty much laugh it off and continue to park illegally on a daily basis.
