Worst company

I was your loyal customer since 1997 i stop my debit order beacuse you simply stealing my!!! Money from me last egzample i paid cash on the 29.11.2010 my bill r583.70 and you debit me again on the 01.12.2010 r583.70 my acc was empty so i have to paid fee r93.05 for no reason!!! There seems to be no competance in your acc department for me personaly the situaton is very disappointing!!! Im expecting prompt reaply. Izabella
