I joined topseekinc.com as a franchisee after I saw their franchise posting on the internet. I contacted them and they told me their franchise fee was $10,000 which guarantees an account worth $10,000 per month. They also guaranteed that for an additional $15,000 they would guarantee $30,000 per month of account for me. I was excited by their offerings so I joined as a franchisee, however, they made me sign a partnership document and told me that it's the same concept but they use a different term on the paper. So I trusted them and signed the document. I also paid them $10,000 in the form of a cashier check. Immediately after enrollment, they changed their promise and told me that they don't give any account to franchisee, and asked me to find my own account. Without the $10,000 account as promised to me I had no income flow at all despite I worked hard to setup the initial business. One month after, they asked for another $15,000 from me and told me that otherwise they will terminate me as a franchisee. I told them that they had lied to me and without the $10,000 account I had no reason to pay them an additional $15,000 because there was no account as originally promised. So therefore right after one month, they terminated me as a franchisee until I pay them an additional $15,000. I realized that it was just a big scam they have plotted to turn against franchisee so they can simply rob and that was exactly happend to me. I had lost $10,000 in just one month after I became their franchisee and I didn't make a single penny as opposed to their promise of guaranteed $10,000 per month of income.
Topseekinc.com turned out to be an illegal franchise company in first place and they have no right to sell franchise in any state but they advertise as a franchise business. The two crooks in the company are Sales Director John Harvey and CEO Michael Tatzber. They would make people sign a different form of paper at the end instead of a franchise agreement. They trap innocent people with a bogus promise of $10,000 income per month for anyone who become their pray. I was a victim of their scam and this company should be banned and they should be brought to justice for cheating people of their hard earned money.
