I am a franchisee from the midwest. While its hard to own your own business, CertaPro has great support and training. There is no scam at CertaPro. I work hard and always try to "practice continuous improvment" and to "respect the individual". We always try to maintain an excellent customer satisfaction rating.
Each year that I have owned this business we have improved.
Its disappointing to read anonymous posts on a site such as this one. I hope people reading this have the sense to realize that there are 2 sides to every situation. We always work hard to resolve any situation that arises where a customer is not 100% satisfied. We stand behind our work.
The CertaPro system is an excellent system, but its up to each franchisee to follow through and run a successful franchise. Yes, I'm a franchise, but I am locally owned and locally operated. Its not a bad thing to be a franchisee. Think of our system as a large pool with a large wealth of information to draw on. Large franchise body or not, this my business and I try to run it he best way I know how.
