Never order from strobesnmore unless you would like a handful of bad product and even more problems. Never again will I order from strobesnmore.com
Louis was very childish, I will never shop there again.
I had nothing but problems with strobesnmore.com, told me wrong parts I needed and when I got them and they were wrong would exchange for the right parts. Very sarcastic and child like in an e-mail sent to me from them.
Strobenmore customer service is really poor
They refused to refund me for defective product I received. They also replied to my emails in a very haste and rude manner.
Strobenmore.com is a JOKE
I received the strobes in what appeared to be good condition as they were claimed to be new. 3 days after arrival I had the time to install them, in which time I had two faulty units. One was super dim, the other didn't flash at all. Its been some time now and I have yet to receive a refund, replacement, anything. Now the owner is harnessing me on one of the forums I frequent, still refusing to do anything to solve the problem. This company is a joke.
