In October i went on line to see if i could get a payday loan. Did not go all the way through the process of that loan and just logged out. On December 1 i was talking to my bank and there was a charge on my account for 19.99. I was given the imformation as to whom took the money out. I immediatly called the company that took the money out and ask them how they got my information and was told by the payday loan.
Well, all i know i did not authorize them to take out the money and i wanted them to refund it back as well as cancell me off. I really had a problem trying to get my money back and the custermer service rep was very rude. All I want is my money back because this was not authorized by me.
