I applied for a payday loan and in the fine print it said I was being signed up for this coupon service apparently. I was charged 23.96 and the money was taken out of my checking account. It took me a whole day to finally figure out who they were since the copy of the digital check they sent my bank could hardly be read.
The number to call is 1-866-356-6906 to get your money back. I had to fight with them for close to 15 minutes to convince them to get my money back. She stated that I did indeed sign up for it and that I was sent an email about a 10 day free trial and another asking if I wanted to keep my service with this company.
I also told them that it was very shady that a person goes to apply for a payday loan and this is what they do. They didn't want to refund me the money so I threatened to report them to the attourney general and better business bureau for the practices they are doing. I also stated that I would dispute the charges with my bank and I would get the money back either way.
I would suggest that if you can't get your money back that you tell them you are going to contact the attourney general and do as I did to see if that works for you.
