If you go to their website ([email protected]), it not only requests a resume, but also that you upload a photograph, and reveal your height, weight, eye & hair color.
It would seem to me that this allows their human resources department to screen you as a candidate for employment with prejudice. If this is not the case, then I guess it's just my opinion. I believe that this is a bad business practice, and hopefully will be investigated and determined as being illegal!
