I was writing a very important essay for College and i used one of Newell Rubbermaid Inc.'s Sharpie Accent Highlighter, and it got smudged. But on the highlighter it says "SMEAR GARD" which did not really apply to my report. If requested, I also have pictures to prove my argument. I would also appreciate the company to email me back if possible.
