Adjustment of bill - U-verse

I was told I would receive an adjustment for a month of interupted service. My monthly bill was increased and so the $34.00 credit was not a credit.
I was promised $94.00 per month and 3 months into my service my rate has gone up more than my budget allows.
Your customer service rep was rude and yelled over me, and refused to help or listen.
