Since you took out the help yourself coffee urn, the establishments I have gone into never have coffee ready. I always have to wait for the coffee to brew and by the time I get it, I have eaten most of my food. I was told that after 20 minutes they have to toss the coffee and make more but they wait until someone orders it before they make more. This is unacceptable. Other fast food restuarants have coffee in thermos pots and the coffee stays good for a long time. This has happened every time I go to a Burger King.
