I rented one of her units located on barclay st in los angeles ca 90031 i payed $850

Deposit. 6months later i find out that the electricity and the gas for the laundry room was connected to my power bill and my gas and i was paying this. I advised her that i would be moving out in 30 days. She said oh thats ok.
