Cynthia Luppinacci
Con Artist, Ran up phone bill, moved out of state, identity thief, ripoff

In June of my room mate and I decided to take in Cynthia Luppinacci, as she was a person claiming to need some help getting on her feet. My room mate felt as though she was trustworthy from chatting with her online.

She was a bad houseguest. She was not clean, she was stealing cigarettes from my room mate. She accused me of making her sick, even though my doctor said I had allergies.

She left at the end of June. I received my June phone bill and it was over $1000. She ran up my phone bill making international calls the entire day while I was away at work. The following month, the phone bill was another $800, for the final three days of June in which she stayed with us.

In addition to this, she stole two checks and cashed them for a total of $300. My bank was able to return this money to me.

As if that wasn't enough, she used the bank account information on those checks to open up an America Online account. I had already closed the account, so I didn't know about it until I received a collection notice from AOL.

I know it was her because she used the same username that she had used while she chatted with my room mate.

In my opinion, Cynthia is a drifter who finds naive people to take her in. She then stays and takes advantage of these people and then leaves before the incriminating evidence arrives. She has probably done this for years.

If you come across Cynthia Luppinacci, avoid her at all costs! She will bleed you dry and run out of town before you find out.
