My story is the same as the many others on the complaint site who have written about United Quality Publications. Three months after they took my check I still haven't received a refund despite exhaustive efforts. I did file with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I don't know if I'll get resolution on my case or not but I hope to prevent other consumers from going through what I did. Hopefully, the BBB and FTC will get enough complaints to pursue this farther.
