Our home telephone continues to be out since Tue 9 Nov - fix day? Friday 15 November (that is seven days w/e a telephone) I've required previous 3 times - today Iam planned for Sat 13 Nov - if your fix guy isn't below on Sat 13 Nov - I've examined w/another companyto dominate my home phone & internet - this is actually the toughest support I've ever experienced from any organization actually. I actually do plan to allow everybody I understand precisely what type of support AT&T provides thier clients.
