AT&T DSL Internet Service is, by far, the worst ISP experience I have ever lived through.
The installation was catastrophic; DSL was not connected when it was promised. Technical Support was ineffective in restoring it.
DSL signal drops out (flashing red "DSL" light on 2Wire modem) no less than 15 times per day. I have made over 10 calls to Technical Support (over last 4 days), no joy.
When there is connectivity, it is at 1MB/s rather than the 6MB/s that I paid for on my "Premier" plan.
Service repairman was scheduled to come to my house... He didn't show... Period. I took a day off of work to accommodate him.
Another repairman is scheduled in 3 days. If he is unable to repair service, I will cancel.
Stay away from at&t!
