7yrs ago i was taken in by this company and purchased a discounted holiday to Orlando, Florida offering the same itinary detailed in other reports. Due to a bereavement in my family i was unable to travel and take up the offer (probably a good thing reading some of the reports).
Today, Nov 10th i received a call out of the blue reminding me that i did not travel although it was paid for and they were contacting customers like me who for one reason or another did not take up the offer. I smelt a fish as when i questioned the reason for contacting me i was told that they wanted to offer all customers who didn't travel the opportunity to receive what they had paid for. I asked what company would do that after so many years had elapsed.
I then went through a process of questions to verify my details and was told that the travel tickets would be re-issued for a small fee of 121 (i forget the US amount), this had to be paid by credit card immediately. I refused to do so until i had sometime to think about it and i received some written information, an email was promptly sent. I then searched for some consumer reports, and thank God i found these.
