MY SERVICES AR SUPENDED when i hav paid my acct

I am very upset with this company when i pd my acct in full and they wil;l not answer thee phone so i can try to get an answer or mail or chat live!!! I think this is BULL* nobody to answer the phone held on for three hours and still no answer all dam day long! This company sucks! Email address is wrong yah but thy dont hav a problem when you pay your hard earn money
