First of all they have a huge sign outside that says "NO CONTRACTS", but when I wanted to join on 2/1/10 I had to sign a paper that says "Application" at the top, but at the bottom, just above my signature, it states: "I have received a copy of this CONTRACT in its entirety. This is a nonrefundable/nontransferable contract." That is where I should have walked out, but Ms. Cline seemed so "NICE" I thought, how could there be any problem at this gym? Well, the contract is all in their favor. They can make up things to throw you out and you can't do anything about it... Hence the "plastic water bottle" that I would bring with me. That was their reason for throwing me out. But the real reason they wanted to get rid of me is because I had paid for the entire year ($186) with a coupon and I had attended regularly for 8 months so they were not getting any monthly money out of me. What they hope for is that people that pay for the year will only show up for a few months and then stop coming. So, if you join this gym, be sure to pay monthly. That way you can stop when ever you want and they probably won't throw you out as long as the money is coming in!
