Charging monthly fees still after stopped contract

I went into Aspen Fitness Club on 02/04/10 and wanted to check out their rates and what not. One of the guys working there showed me around the gym giving me a tour of the place. We spoke for a while and he talked me into signing up and the payment arragement plans. I walked out upset at myself because I didn't really have the money right now to spend on a gym member ship. They charged my bank account $32.93 on 02/04/10. I went to the nail salon and got my nails done and was speaking with some people about the gym. I then decided that I didn't want to join the gym. I went back the same day and spoke with the same guy who signed me up just an hour earlier. I told him I didn't want to join the gym and that I heard bad things about it. After about 25-30 minutes of trying to talk me out of my decsion they finally voided my paper and gave my money back. I got out to the car and on the bottom of the contract you have 3 days after you sign the contract to change your mind about it. I check my bank account and seen a refund for $32.93 on 02/04/10, so I though things were ok. They've called my home several times after this.

I got on my bank account today and seen a credit card hold for $21.29 for who other then Aspen Fitness Club.
