I would like to say i was on the phone with directtv for 5 hours. Really odd when they tell you that a manager will call you 24-48hrs. Thats bs. I would also like to say their reps and supervisors lie. I cancelled my service and will never ever go back to this company. Their service sucks. I would encourage people if you want excellent service don't go with this company. I feel that this company does not care abt what real service is about.
I can't believe a supervisor told me that my issue would be taking care of CJ the supervisor and when I was told would add notes for extension date and when i went over to another ext they connected ne to the notes on my account were totally different from what he had said. The level of service direct tv gives is absolutly terrible. I would not refer people to this company and that if they treated me like this for 5 hrs while i was calling back. Will take my business else where...
