I emailed [email protected] about problems with holes forming around my back pocket. They replied and gave me a RA number to return 3 pairs only for review. Within a few weeks they replied that they would replace the defective pants which came in about 2 weeks later. One thing i did do was got to the store and try on the latest model and included that information in my returned items so they wouldn't send me pants that didn't fit right.
