There is absolutely no reason to work for this company. They really can't offer much. The pay is only minimum wage. The benefits are almost non existent. You will not get any "paid time off." The management is unreasonable and they overly micromanage. They have no jobs and you won't find a single respectable healthcare worker who would consider working for this company. The main reason is that they do not provide competive pay or housing for the healthcare workers on assignment. It's easly to do a market survey to see how RTTEMPS compares to the rest of the market place. They are probably one of the lowest on the list.
