Elkhorn Saloon in Sumpter, Or 97877Dogs in after hours. Shit on the floor; after hour parties. & one of the biggest drug affiliated establishments in Baker County. The worst owner you will ever meet. Sharyn Epler is disgusting, rude and the most cold hearted individual you will ever meet. Herr kids deffinately run the show. Her husband goes along with the show to protect what? Her. This establishment is down right dirty and gross. The fact that there is a person living in the bar with her dogs should be enough to stop you from going there. My husband and i and our friends that live here in Sumpter try to go in there hoping it has changed, but it has not. I am a large part of this community and my other friends are also complaining right along side me. Do not go here if you want to stay healthy.
