I went to buy a monte carlo i saw online only tyo find out that it wouldnt pass inspection... I asked what was wrong and they reffused to tell me and then just so i could find out for myself i wanted to test drive it. Well they wouldnt let me do that either. He told me its sold as is and they could check it out for a hundred bucks. Well a motor vehicle inspection costs 30 around here. Up yours empire!
