Constantly charge 19.95 on my credit card. I been report to my credit card but they're still put the charge on my credit agian and agian

The homereward keep charge $19.95 on my credit card. I talked to my credit card and tell them I never order or do anything with them but they keep charge $19.95 on my credit card. Can you help me get my money back and stop them from taking money out of my credit card.
