Signed up for Direct Commerce Academy under the belief that I would only be charged the $2.97. Later I found out that I was also charged $139.95 plus the charge of $1.12 for the service fee of and international transaction. Turns out the company is in Belize. I went on the site to contact and found only a phone number 877-875-6080 which turned out to be in Utah. I called the number (on a Wednesday morning) and talked to an Eric. I told him I was not happy because I was Charged $139.95 when there was no mention of this charge on the site I went to. I was only told of the $2.97 charge. I said I wanted my money back or I would be going to an attorney. What they did was illegal it is fraud. Eric had me stay on the line and then came back and said the company would refund my $139.95 in 7-10 business days and that I would get an email closing my account with them as I had requested. Told him if I don't get it back in 7-10 days I will go to an attorney.
