Really works like magic, I mean such a low priced device and what performance, just plugged one into my xp laptop, wifi, ISP comcast, the only hickup was that my VPN was running, so magic jack was not able to register itself, I realised in a couple of minutes, turned of the cisco vpn and that was it, registered in 2 minutes with a new number alloted and was able to make calls within 5 minutes of opening the magic jack box, call quality is superb, doesnt feel like I am using VOIP, a really cool product, I dont understand how comcast/at&t are able to sell there phone plans... There days are numbered now...
