I was charged $79.98 on 9/23 for a membership to OneGreat Family/Ancestry research. I had a 3 month membership about 4 -5 years ago and have not used it since. I contacted them by phone and e-mail. I was told a refund could not be made since I had not canceled my " membership."
I did not sign up, have not used this service, and have never agreed to a long term membership and did not authorize them to take money from my account. The only way they could have drafted on my account is from a 4-5 year old temporary membership! This is outrageous!
