No Product, No Refund, No Response - Rotors

I ordered rotors and pads in July from their website. I received an email telling me my parts were on back-order the same afternoon. Later on that same day I received another letter indicating that my order was being held up in electroplating. I replied that I hadn't ordered the slotted discs, they replied back that they had sent the wrong template letter to me. Apparently all orders get the backordered letter, followed a few days later by the electroplating letter? After 3 weeks I still heard nothing. I tried to contact them unsuccessfully several more times. Finally after 6 weeks I cancelled the order. Again no response. I sent another email and finally received a response from their customer service indicating that a credit would be applied to my card within 48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago, still no credit. So, I turned it over to my credit card company to see if they could get a response. I can honestly say that I have never received such shoddy service. My recommendation is stay away from Brakeplanet.com. You'll just be wasting your time and money.
